Keystone Advisors is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Export - Import Bank of the United States. 

This is a hybrid position, must be able to work 3 days onsite in downtown Washington, DC office and 2 days remote. 

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative suppor
t to EXIM Board of Directors and other agency executives, delegates and key points of contacts. Must demonstrate true organization skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environment, able to appropriately self-direct, successfully detailed oriented, routinely presents a professional demeanor and appearance, able to hold information confidentially, and self-learner with ability and desire to self-teach.

 
Minimum Required Qualification/Skills:
  • Five (5) years or more of previous office administrative and scheduling experience, including experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Must have a high school diploma, Associates degree preferred
  • Expert capabilities in scheduling and usage of Scheduling Assistant in MS Outlook and Teams Proficiency.
  • Experience with Concur (government travel system)
  • Knowledgeable user of Microsoft One Drive and SharePoint and have other Microsoft Office 365 skills
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Answers emails
  • Schedules and confirms appointments
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel using CONCUR or other government travel systems
  • Organizes appointments by reading and routing correspondence and managing assignments
  • Manages calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
  • Completes requests by answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential 
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems mainly in SharePoint
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and Prepares printed material in support of key meetings
  • Other related duties as assigned
