Keystone is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC metro area supporting FBI Criminal Investigative Division – CID.

Must have an active Top Secret Clearance
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead team on large projects or significant segments of large, complex projects.
  • Facilitate the strategic management process and provide consulting expertise and project management for specific strategic initiatives that are deemed high risk or critical to the success of the Unit/Section.
  • Provide applications, systems analysis, and programming activities for multiple Government sites and /or facilities.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects, including the preparation of long and short-range plans for necessary support resources.
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines.
  • Reports status and variances.
  • Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, and secure customer approvals.
  • Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.

Experience (in place of education):
Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) or more years of experience.

Required Experience (years of experience/certification(s}/specialized experience)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least ten (10) years of complex project management experience in Government programs, projects, and/or activities.
  • Ten (10) years or more of managing all facets of project management {budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk} for various types of projects.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
  • Eight (8) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to management, customers, and stakeholders regarding progress of projects.
