Keystone Advisors is looking for a Senior Accountant I/Senior Financial Management Analyst to support the United States Air Force in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Must have a Secret Security Clearance.

Education and Experience:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. 
Functional Duties:
This individual will perform financial, accounting, training, and documentation tasks including:
Documentation and Maintenance:
  • Maintain all relevant assessable unit information, including Process Cycle Memorandums (PCMs), Control Evaluation Matrices (CEMs), test results, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and KSDs.
  • Research, prepare, and upload audit documents and Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) in response to auditor requests.
  • Monitor the Audit Response Tool (ART) and Site Visit Tool (SVT) for taskings and assign them to the appropriate POCs.
  • Create desk procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for continuity purposes.

 Training and Development:
  • Work with personnel to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Develop and provide training to government and contractor personnel on tasks related to audit support.
  • Assist in training the IPA on specific business processes and the use of audit tools.
