Keystone Advisors is looking for a Project Manager/Sr Financial Analyst to support the United States Air Force in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Must have a Secret Security Clearance.

Education and Experience: 
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience; or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or master’s degree with five (5) years of relevant experience.
Functional Duties:
This individual performs dual roles as on-site Team Lead for contractor staff in addition to supporting the SOW objectives, tasks, and activities.  The Team Lead provides project management for the execution of all tasks for quality, schedule, cost, and performance.  The Team Lead is the single point-of-contact and will remain on site and available during all operational hours.  As a Sr Financial Analyst, the Team Lead will also:
  • Provide high-level oversight to ensure the program advances and achieves DAF’s goals for audit sustainment.
  • Lead audit liaison support efforts in coordination with government personnel for DAF’s financial statement audits.
  • Ensure performance standards are met, such as meeting 95% of suspense dates.
  • Monitor overall audit status and provide updates to MAJCOMs/FIELDCOMs as required.
  • Oversee and assist with the logistics of organizing IPA site visits.
  • Participate in discussions with the IPA and review meeting documentation, including decision points and action items, prepared by the team.
  • Provide final review of briefing materials developed by the team.
